Chamomile, Matricaria
There are about 2 dozen varieties of chamomiles.

Almost all varieties share the same daisy-like appearance.

The cheerful white daisy-like flowers symbolized patience in adversity to the Victorians.

$18 each

Your choice of:

  • Chicken salad with chamomile, leek, tarragon on a croissant.

  • Rosemary roasted roast beef with horseradish on sourdough bread.

  • Veggie sandwich with Ancho chili mayo on multigrain bread.

 

Your box lunch will include a dill deviled egg, fresh cut seasonal fruit salad with a light chamomile syrup and a Dixie Picnic Chamomile pound cake “Upcake” with a salted honey buttercream icing.​
